T/A WILLINGTON CT, I-84 EXIT 72(i think):

T/A WILLINGTON CT, I-84 EXIT 72/ Ruby rd (i think)

1) Bathrooms were atrocious---i was uncomfortable the whole time and the smell---no excuse for it. How much does it cost to have some sort of ventilation system put in place?

2) Buffet unapologetically lackluster; Corn was like, underwater! You can't do this---water takes away the flavor. i had to drench the corn in those butter packets normally used for the bread just to get some flavor. The rest of the buffet basically sucked.
Now, in all fairness, if this is one of the T/A's that have adopted the all-you-can eat menu thing, then this might be a saving grace for this location. i didn't try it though because i didn't know about it.

a) And Talk about STRANGE waitstaff.

3) One good thing was it seemed like there was somewhat of a large parking area, but then again it probably fills up fast at night.

My suggestion would be to keep rolling, but then again parking is scace up in the northeast so if you get tired around this area, maybe you should stop.

i can only give this place a 2 stars out of 10 right now.

I agree with the smell, all though (not an excuse) the water I think is heavily filtered there. Sometimes it doesn't smell as bad. I stay away from the buffet for the most part. Sometimes I'll get breakfast. Now with the Swine Flu/H1N1 virus, I'm eating out of the truck exclusively.

Yup the wait staff is really strange I'd agree. Went in one morning, had breakfast and had my thermos beside me. I didn't announce the thermos was empty, I never got it filled. The waitress, figured my bill, took my money and gave back my change. Never asked about the thermos that was sitting there for an hour.

Parking is decent, there are spots available pretty much all night. It just depends on how far a driver wants to walk.

Showers are also a problem, unless a driver hits them in the morning. The showers themselves are spacious.
Bring some disinfectant also. Which I pack in my shower kit 90% of the time.
The management doesn't seem to have an idea about cleanliness.

The biggest downfall, pay parking unless you get 50 gallons of fuel. At $3.099 per gallon, it's the biggest drawback.
