Important Truckers Forum Notice!

The Truckers' Image Under The Driver's Hat. Discuss ways for truckers to improve their image. Urine bottles, trashy truck stops and no truck parking signs abound. How do we change our image and earn respect back?

ya, I was going to say at least they are using the bathroom. I think a far worse thing for our image is the darn [urine] bottles tossed in the parking lot. that's just nasty and some ELSE has to pick that up!!! ewww

It's better, I think, to just do it in a patch of grass somewhere, as opposed to on the pavement so it can stain the parking lot. There's absolutely no reason to leave urine filled bottles anywhere. The least you can do is dump it out and put it in the trash.

The bottle are my BIGGEST pet peeve. It's totally grose and who do they think they are to expect someone else to have to pick that up!!! This week I drove by and saw where someone had tossed out 9!! one gallon jugs full. Thats so nasty

In most places where they mow ditches and medians, they use tractors with cabs to pull the mowers, nobody liked getting a stinky shower when the blades exploded a bottle,
dump it out, and put the bottle in the trash. Its been said often enough.

It is easy enough, but we are dealing with a lazy crowd here. When you see drivers do a "drive by trashing" (throw trash out window at trash can without even stopping hoping it will land inside, but it doesn't) you certainly don't expect them to empty their whiz bottles.
