Good point! When I was a young man that kind of woman
really apealed to me. Kinda like my ex wife in fact. The only advantage
to being with her was I was able to outsmart her when she wanted
a divorce.Some kind of primative part of many of us makes that kind of
woman appealing I guess. Perhaps we think we can "rescue" them from
their stupidity and chaos. I'm here to tell you it ain't going to happen.
When I got with my second wife, she was boring in comparison. But
more intelligent and much more stable. Amazing how much more happy
I became because of her.

Yeah, I have had situations like that, I have seen women who want to be treated specially, just because they are women, and I am a woman myself.

One time I was waiting in a big line up to cross the border into Buffalo. The lineup was a few miles long. This woman drives up the left lane ( we were all supposed to be in the right) and proceeds to say " I 'm sure I can get one of you guys will let me in at the end."

There was no way in #### I was going to let this ##### cut me off after I had been in line for hours. I pulled my truck out to block her. Who the #### did she think she was that she thought all the guys were going to let her in just because she was a woman. These guys were here for hours, did she think that they would just give up their spot just because she was a woman. She cursed at me, I didn't care, I didn't move. I was so mad that I could have got out of my truck and went back there to punch her out. She never did get in front of me, some idiot must have finally let her in,

Women who act like this make me embarressed to be a woman. I beleive in equallity, I believe that if a woman is able to do the same job as a man then she should be able to, but women who use their sexuallity to get what they want, I have no use for, this is not equallity.

LOL, the whole pic is from the waist up and she is covering her breasts with her hands. She has like 4 or 5 tattoos plus some piercings. But I will change it cause this post is funny to me.

Anyone else had this problem? I have more examples of women truckers. Please don't take my examples as, "No women in trucking." That is far from the truth, I just want everyone to be treated equally. And I would like to stop the #### sucking on the CB. It gets old.

Yes, we have had this problem, I am a woman, and I ride with my hubby and I have seen it all, we where parked at a rest stop that had only one lane on the left side to park in, then their was a driveway, then the 4-wheelers side, all the spaces where took, so this stupid woman parks on the right side, in the traffic lane, and goes in to use the bathroom, by the time she came out, trucks where backed up to the interstate....then she gives US a dirty look because we are parked where we where supposed to be. Here is another good one, we have ran into female drivers who can't tarp and come up and ask hubby and I to tarp her load for her becuase the people loading her will not do it for her...LOL...Or better yet, we ran into another female Arrow driver who couldn't understand why my hubby scott got excepted at Daily (Heavy Haul Company) When they rejected her, Hubby has 28 years accident free, expirence pullng heavy haul, and no load claims and numerous driving awards and we would be there now, but we found out that they don't allow pets....when she only had 4 years flatbed expirence....LOL

As a woman, I couldn't agree more. I want to be judged on my abilities to do the job. Woman who can't doing their job give all women a bad name. I had this one automotive class back in college with one of those bimbos. Most of my auto shop classes I was the only girl. But this girl was one of those who came to class in full make-up and hair, and fancy clothes. One day, she seriously wore a white jumpsuit to class. She couldn't do anything except bat her eyes at the boys and sucker them into doing all her work. It was funny to watch.

tjgosurf... I have been in the Ladies room in the truck stops, and yes, I did find a line! Although, admittedly, I didn't find one very often! I was really trying to give her the benefit of the doubt. I probably would have been ticked too!

Well Ive been to quite a few truck stops and it seems to be the norm of fueling up, and then pulling forward for another truck so you can pay and use the john or whatever. I mean...you had to wait 10 minutes. That must have been rough. 10 minutes and you claim to start yelling at her with profanities and toss in a insulting 'cupcake' ontop of that; and when she starts to come towards you you really go off on her? lol. I wish I was there with my camera. Then when she calmly explains she is a lady and you should try to muster up some more respect than lowering to such a level as to insult her, you insult her some more? Equal rights is about showing respect...not just talking about it on a board.

As far as assault charges. Most assaults out there are on women as often many are defenseless and easy targets for men who have to wait ten minutes and wish they had a cheater bar.

One thing, I agree that blocking a fuel island is a despicable thing to do. However, if you really yelled at a woman like that I'm sure several other truckers would have yelled at you.

As to the comment about abused women and there are some. might i just state an observation from an old lady. Of our six kids four were boys. We taught them never hit a girl. IT's a different world out there. I've seen teen age girls and even some in their twenties and thirtys whoolop a guy up side the head when they get mad. God forbid you protect youself.
These girls know the law and how to make it work for them. Sombody (other than her attorney when she takes everything you worked so hard for or sends you to jail) needs to teach you guys to think above the waist.
There are some great WOMEN out there please give them the respect they deserve . You guys can tell the differnce!!!
