My take on this is slightly different.....I am usually the poor sap who gets stuck with the job transporting wrecked , broken trailers & tractors to the shop for repairs . But, I would never, ever consider pulling a trailer in that condition without securing the ICC bumper with some heavy duty chain or strapping. When you are towing things like this (wrecks, etc.) you MUST carry the tools to do the task at hand ! I am super paranoid about things like that coming loose so, I would have strapped that rascal up so tight that it would have stayed on if all the welds broke ! __________________ THe BUZZZSAW cuts deep ! Remember if you tell someone to kiss your donkey ....do it with a smile on your face !

I see your point.He was probably told more than once I'm sure.He was geting tired of hearing about it and instead of stopping to secure it better or shut the radio off he choose to be stupid.But everbody has a bad day. __________________ We all wanna make it.The times are tough but if we all stick together we will overcome!
