Probably the same guy that pays a ticket without a fight. If you admit you are guilty you remove all doubt and the is a 100% chance you are guilty. If someone else has to prove you are guilty there is a chance they may not be able to do it. Would anyone rather face a 20% chance of not guilty or a 100% chance of guilt?
Without making a story false there is always, " I heard", " Here is a story", or anyone of a hundred ways to tell something without incriminating ones self.
There seems to be the "brag syndrome" when someone does something wrong and it would not be the same in the third person or as a story.
A man in a Petro truck stop told a "story" about a man that pulled into a truck stop and parked. When he got out of his truck another man walked up and punched him in the stomach and told him that was for stealing his parking spot. While he lay on he ground the other man told him when he came back out he would give him more of the same and went into the truck stop.
After he got up off the ground he pulled the 5th wheel lock and drove to the back of the parking lot. After a while the other driver got into his truck and made it to the middle of the parking lot before losing his trailer.
I do not know if the driver that told this story was the driver involved because he used words like, "the man", "the other man", or "the other driver". I do know that if that happened it is proof that someone upstairs looks out for retarded idiots.
I will not say that someone will not sucker punch me. I will say that while they have me down it would behoove them to not just walk away.
At the very least this person could have called the police and pressed charges. At the most hecould have caused an accident and someone could have been killed.
For every action there is a reaction. Most don't consider something called cause and effect.
