Please explain to me and the other lazy people on this board, how you would handle your business going southbound on I-95 from the state lines of CT and NY at 4:15 in the afternoon.

BTW, it's only about 35 miles to the closest service plaza. Not far at all. But we still want to know how you handle it.

I'll give you an easier one. Ambassador Avenue, starting point Manhattan to I-95, only about 10 miles. ANY hour of the day. How do you handle your business??

The whole trucking world (and us lazy folks) await your wisdom on this.

BTW, I don't pee while driving. Otherwise I would be doing it all over my pants and seat. But bottles are handy.
I see what you are saying there dance. Living in So Calif. I know what it is to be in traffic. The thing is that an experienced driver will know these things and plan accordingly. Before I leave a stop that I know I will be driving for a while I use the restroom cleanup and take a piss even if I dont feel like it I do it because it will save you time down the road. If you know that you will be going into rush Hour traffic then before you get into town make a stop and do what you have to do.

Maybe we can all call it Urine Logistics.

Yeah and also knowing your emergency exits for example like the Chevron on Myrtle ave. off the 210 fwy.

The open road is one thing but the city will get you every time if you are not prepared.

What part of the I.E. are you in? I live in MoVal.

The same people that throw out the pee bombs are the same lazy people that throw garbage out the window of their truck in truckstop parking lots.It really pisses me off when the garbage cans are in plain view and they are too lazy to walk 25 feet and properly dispose of garbage..
When I see this happen,I go talk to the driver and explain how wrong this is.Only once a driver cleaned up after himself and apologized. He said he knew better, but was in a hurry..
The only way stop this is to police it ourselves. IMHO
And if you are one of the drivers that spit and cursed at me and told me to mind my own business,I hope you enjoyed waking up to find a bunch of garbage cans blocking the front of your truck. Have a nice day..

As a former OTR driver, I know what it is like to "gotta go!"and have no place to go. When I was a "yungun", we often went camping in our "pop-up"camper. It did not have a "potty" in it, so my mom would double up trash bags in a 5 gal. bucket w/ a lid and pour cheap cat litter in it for those times in the middle of the night if one of us kids had to pee. In the morning, tie bag up and drop in trash can. I did the same thing when I was out there driving. Some of those truck stops/rest areas are scary places, especially for a solo female driver getting out of the truck in the middle of the night. It has come in handy many times while stopped on highway due to an accident, or at a shipper/receiver that had nasty bathrooms, etc. In the morning, on my way out of the truckstop, I would tie bag up and put in trash can and set it up for next time.Kept extra bags of litter and trash bags(not those plastic grocery bags!) in my side box to make sure I always had it.I have never had it dump over or smell.

Those same lazy people are causing us all grief. About 5 years ago I had pulled off the side of the road on the north bound 5 / 210 truck bypass in SoCal (a wide area where trucks always park to sleep) to catch a 1/2 hour nap and 15 minutes into it I get a knock on the door and I open the curtain and there is CHP officer. I open the door and he says you can't park here anymore unless it is an emergency. I said I was fatigued and that is an emergency. He then tells me that you must pull off of the highway and find a place to park (In that stretch of road it is almost impossible to find a place to park without getting kicked out.) and that the Highway Patrol was told to start ticketing drivers that park there and anywhere else on the hwy because of all of the piss bottles that we truck drivers have been leaving all over the hwy. I said did you see ME throw a piss bottle out and he said no but you still get a ticket.

I ended up paying the ticket thinking it would not give me any points, boy was I wrong.
Parking on the highway 1.5 points

After being subjected to that abuse I would gleefully leave trucker bombs on the Kaliphornia roadsides every chance I had. Not to worry though. The fine folks living west of Arizona would starve to death, sitting naked on the ground before I hauled a load of freight there again. No pee bottles from me.
