Cough cough, well I'm not going to make any claims about the first item on how many times I've managed it.

As for the second part its going to be real tough to do that one! With most folks having cell phones and QC now days its pretty easy for them to bust you that way.

Not really. As long as you aren't within the circle of each states requirement to come to the scale you aren't breaking any laws by going around.
Unlike the log book, any time you bust it you are breaking federal laws.

Well thats what happens when any knucklehead can buy a c.b. Radio and broadcast his ignorance to however far his radio will transmit i have to say though i am more bothered by the people who key up and pretend they are a radio station with crappy tunes and those guys out there who are going to kick somebodys keester every 10 minutes if ya guys have a score to settle pull off next exit and whoop the pi$$ outta eachother then because nobody else gives a rats behind really

Those folks are referred to as
Radio Rambos.
And it's believed that they do that to compensate for their small
gear shifters.
