WKYC Cleveland - May 27 8:06 AM MASON, Ohio (AP) -- Police in Mason say NASCAR Truck driver was in jail last night after being arrested Saturday on a heroin possession charge. Besides safety checks, the inspections have already led to two more arrests. Darius Asay, 23, of Boise, was charged with DUI. Officers at the inspection arrested Asay Monday after he followed several trucks into the scales area, nearly hitting several officers at the weigh station. Nestor Hernandez, 29, of Los Angeles, was charged with state Department of Transportation violations and is on a federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold.
