I have a request...

This probably won't apply to anyone on this site, but I'll post it anyway just to vent.

Can y'all please quit writing "show em" on the back of your trailers? Or any of the other variations?

I once picked up a preloaded trailer in Memphis that had one of the other variations on the back. I couldn't get it off!!! It must have been etched in with acid or something!!! I sure got some funny looks when people passed me and saw there was a woman in the seat!

We had a guy writing stuff like that and political views on the back of trailers, he was caught and fired. I take it as a desperate attempt for attention.

If they'd "show 'em" without us asking, we'd quit writing it on the trailers. Spread the word, I haven't gotten to see any yet.

Joe Dirt - that one made me laugh, and I'm a chick! People that have to write things on trailers, or any other vehicle just need to get lives! Besides, isn't that what bumper stickers are for?

Personaly, I'm as eager to get flashed as the next guy, but I agree 100% that writing it on your trailer does NOTHING to help our image to the vast majoriy of the public. It is nothing short of detrimental for us.

it is all fun and games for us adults but if you have noticed it is the children who pay more attention to the trucks than there parents do. so that means these young chidren are seeing this first and getting a wierd feeling about drivers. yes it is wrong but i have seen that a lot of drivers out here get lonely and desperate for any kind of attention good or bad.

i always check my trailers before i pull away so i can mark it out out or wipe it off. i do not want to be put in the same catogory as the childish drivers.
