Brand new
I just joined this site. I am considering a trucking job. Are there ANY companies that can provide training and a paycheck at the same time?

Welcome to the site. The short answer to your question is, Yes, there are plenty of companies that do that. Check out the following forums:

Just search for any combination of Training Companies, Trucking schools, Company Programs. You should find what you need or at least get a good start. Good luck.

ConWay Freight has an apprentice program that is very good. I believe they only charge $3000.00, but waive the fee if you commit to one year. You will also be working on the dock to make a decent paycheck while you are going through the class.
I didn't go through the program, but have been with ConWay for a while now and am pleased with the work and the pay scale. I run night linehaul, am home daily, and am making a very good living. You can apply online or check in with your local ConWay service center.
