I am looking for a Great Trucking Experience with a Great Trainer. I have some offers from some Companies and just wonder who I should go with. I am leaning towards WERNER. Any suggestions on how to get a Great Trainer? Should I only accept Female Trainers? Thanks in Advance for any help you can give me~~

Yeah, Steven's has decent trainining compared to other company-sponsored schools, but it's about the same as Swift when it comes to miles and pay. Personally, I'm battling between Swift and Stevens also, but thats also because my major concern is getting sponsored training since I cant afford to pay for it up-front. If you are already training at an independent facility, I'd look beyond companies like Swift, Stevens, Roehl, etc, and apply for companies that start off with better pay and better miles. I'd only choose Swift or Stevens if I couldnt afford training...otherwise, I'd avoid them altogether

Youll be trained by whoever is available at the time, male or female. If you decide you don't like the trainer, you can always file a complaint and be assigned a new trainer.

I wouldn't be so worried about whether your trainer is male or female, but more concerned about their hygiene, behavior, and teaching ability. If there is ever a time when you feel like your trainer is being lazy or intolerable, REPORT IT. This will benefit you in the long-run when you run into a problem on the road and can't figure out what to do because your trainer was too much of a piece-of-#### to properly teach you how to handle or assess a problem correctly
