Company Sponsored CDL for "Felon" W/ unstable work history.

Hey folks! First I'd like to thank everyone for contributing and helping us wanna be's. I need help figuring out which companies will help me get my cdl and hire me? I have recently decided that a career in Sales is not for me. Too unstable and my ethics have matured. I've adjusted every part of my life to make a career in trucking work, mostly financially. I have no family that depends on me and am free to live on the road. I had no idea that I would have so much trouble getting this going. I'm shooting for a CDL mill because it makes sense at this time for me. I've been studying my butt off because I want to make this work by being dedicated. Now the juice...

I have on 2 occasions been arrested for marijuana. One for buying $10 worth from an undercover cop, the other for setting up a deal with who turned out to be a confidential informant. I know( Dumb on so many levels ). This was 15 and 18 yrs ago, I was very young. Both were felonies and the another felony charge for not being able to pay court cost since I was homeless at the time after my mother passed. Since then I've been good, was even able to get multiple state licenses for real estate sales etc. I've worked for respected companies like AT&T. The two years, I've struggled with this career and have had 7 different jobs. Now the meat...

I have applied at several different companies listed below

Millis- Denied w/o reason
Prime- Denied because I was terminated from a sale position most recently at a car dealership(My only termination, ever)
Stevens- Denied cant have more than one felony for possession of a controlled substance, marijuana included.
Central Refrigerated- Had me fill out a separate form for for my felonies today, awaiting approval?
CRST- pending
Celedon- pending

Does anyone have and others to add to this list? Also I have a perfect driving record, no health issues and do not use any drugs at all and only drink beer with a juicy piece of meat. Thank you in advance.

 

Thank you Chinatown. KLLM only hires in Alabama and Mississippi per the recruiter. Celedon and CRST have denied me due to criminal. Iv'e also applied to Knight and still awaiting Centrals response.
