Welcome to TTR, thank you for you service and your sacrifice to our country, good luck with your new career

Why did you pick Knight? Lots of companies in GA that pay over $60K per year for a new CDL grad.

Chinatown Thanks this.

CTL Transportation
Superior Carriers
SVTN
Tidewater Transit
A&R Logistics - my former neighbor makes $72K
Groendyke Transport
Schneider Bulk
Trimac Transportation
Trimac Transportation you will make well over $60K, between $60K-$80K and after 24 months experience can make over $100K in their "elite fleet."
There's a good company right there in Albany, Southern Ag Carriers, but I think they require 1 yr. experience. They have tankers, van, flatbed. Something to keep in mind for the future.
I pulled hazmat/tankers running 48 states and made $65K per year. A few of the drivers made $72K+ and the reason I didn't is because of taking a month off each year to vacation in the Orient. My pay was .36 cpm plus accessorial pays.
I've delivered to several places around Atlanta; one place is a water treatment plant not too far East of the Petro Truck Stop on I-285.Last edited: Jan 24, 2015
