    Hey everybody!

First I want to say thanks for accepting onto the forums here......longtime lurker, first time poster.

I'm looking into doing OTR trucking as a career change from OTR bus driving. After 10 years the people have finally got to me and truthfully I'm tired of being confined to driving in the Northeast. Currently looking for a carrier that will help me upgrade from my Class B to a Class A. I've heard most companies don't like to hire drivers in my situation but being single I am able to relocate and home time is not that big a deal for me. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to being an active member of the forums here.

    Thanks again

Earl Henderson Trucking Co. is your ticket to Class-A.
This company will Amtrak or bus you to their school for training and provide hotel room and 3 meals day while there.
All you need is original birth certificate, original social security card, sleeping bag & pillow.
The sleeping bag and pillow is for use when riding with your trainer. When you're not sleeping, just roll up the sleeping bag and stow it so the trainer can use the bunk while you're driving.

If you follow through on relocating, consider Nevada or Texas. Both good trucking states and no personal income taxes. Come on down to Las Vegas!
