08 prostar ignition wire broken, no ecm.

I have a blue wire from ignition broke,, and motor shut off. I connected it to a power source and get lights on dash but no power to starter. Dash says ecm module...not sure where the blue wire should be connected to. Any thoughts? Thx

 

Fixed the problem. What it was, previous owner added a hot wire off the ignition, which was the wire I thought was broken. It shorted itself on something under dash and blew the "key" fuse. So, had me stumped for a bit, but ended up easy fix. Thx for your reply, you have helped me on other occasions when I have read your replies to other posts. Thx
