This is starting to get frustrating. Anything over 10lbs application pressure produces a steady rythmic shaking of the front end including the steering wheel.
    Replaced:
    On the Steer axle:
Both Brakes drum and brake shoes
    Both Hub assemblies
    Both S-Cam arms and bushings
    On Drive axles:
Both rear axle drums and brake shoes(drums had a lip)

When the S-Cam arms and bushings were replaced the frequency of the shaking became higher and the magnitude less, but not by much.

I've disconnected both front brake actuators and the problem ceased.

It rolls normally under power and coasting.

    Thanks for looking.

Bad Ft. hub from over tightening lugs or Dirt under brake drum between hub can make that happen,

I asked the shop in Amarillo to do a dial run-out on the drums, but I don't control the MX on this truck yet and they replaced the S-Cams and bushings. I don't have the reciepts for the drums, is there anyway to tell their origin by looking at them?

Overall I'm really disappointed by the level of incompetence at all the dealers I have been to so far.

    Thanks

Did it shake before they put the new brake drums and parts on?

Can't tell you. the left hub brake shoes and both drums were new when I got it a month ago. It looks like they've been swinging the shotgun around on this one for a while.

You may have a wrong ft. drum on the truck, If you can have the Ft. wheels pulled to ck. if both ft. drums have same num. on them then just before they tighten up ft. lug nuts push brakes on to center up the ft. drums on hub. just to see if that changes the shake then you will have a better idea of witch side is make your vib.

That's the problem, they don't give a #### what I think. And being a shop, I guess there's more money in doing stuff without actually fixing the problem.
