    So got a load to pickup has to be placrded but be told by shipper AND dispatch no endorsement required?

    Who's saying it has to be placarded? Probably just a load with a small amount of HM product that does not exceed the threshold.

    They would not give amount in weight but believe this to be some sort of sulphur product seeing as the name of company I am going to has sulphur un its name

    That was my understanding as well cause placards not required below 1k nor endorsement so if it need placards it should need endorsement

    Until you know how much (lbs.) Hazmat there is.
    Not much you can do, just remind dispatch you don't have the endorsement for hazmat
