Hello, I have a 1999 w900 I've been fighting a intermittent turn signal issue. The turn signal flasher has 3 wires on it, a ground, a hot, then the wire out should be the one that flashes. I have 12 volts going in and when you actuate the signals or hazards it does click like it should but no lights flash on the truck or the dash. So that would usually tell me the flasher is bad, but when I bypass the flasher with a jumper the lights still don't come on at all. Is there a fuse or reply after the signal flasher? I guess I am questioning the actual turn signal switch it must run back through the switch to determine which lights flash since there is only one flasher. Thanks in advance.

No change to the lights. So you guys think the switch also?

I'm due for one (switch) in my 2000 right now as well. Going to try and get a shorter stemmed Signal Stat switch, because I've hooked my shirt/jacket onto mine so many hundreds of times, I'm amazed I never ripped it completely off the column yet.Last edited: May 15, 2016

You replace electronic flasher. What year we talking about?

1977 kenworth w900 I have no hazards or turn signals unless I hook my test light to the negative side of batter then touch the 2 prong 4 way led flasher then my lights work is there a way I could fix that or is there another flasher for that module of truck that I'm missing and where exactly is it located

And also I have no clicking sound until I ground out with my test light then everything works please tell me what I'm missing
