20 Years Isn't Long Enough (Florida).

I disagree with the sentence and think it's absurd personally. My cousin was killed by a teenage girl admittedly texting on her cell phone as she flew thru a red light at 65 mph and saw no jail time what's so ever. Maybe there is more to the story with this guy, idk. Seems the part about his wife is completely irrelevant and just being used as clickbait

 

Oh I dunno, I'm guessing he was a bit "distracted," by mamma. Probably getting a BJ...

 

I'm sure they took his record into consideration when sentencing..

I think the punch-happy trucker needs to get his emotions under control and try acting like a civilized human being.

What's absurd, IMO, is that we aren't tougher on the texters like the one who killed your cousin.

This guy though, 8 of 10 brakes defective! And he blames the trucking co. Somehow I doubt the brakes were the biggest culprit but either way I expect more from a so called professional.

That's the story I alluded to earlier, guess he made a plea deal reducing his sentence, but he killed almost an entire family and only got 7 years.
