2003 kW T600 HVAC blower motor issue

I am having issue with blower motor fan speed on med. & high causing fuse to overheat and "pop"... It works fine on low fan speed setting, still gets fuse pretty warm but not hot enough to blow... Any advise on this issue would be appreciated.
