So my cb radio is picking up interference from my heater blower. I need to put some bypass caps on it to get rid of the whine.......only I can't figure out how to get to the blower itself. I need to place the caps as close to the fan as possible. If anyone knows an easy way to access the fan motor I would appreciate it, as I always have my radio on and it is driving me nuts!!
    Thanks,

I think on your truck you would get to the fan motor from the engine side of the firewall. There is a black metal cover about 16" wide with an angled front about 6" on each of two surfaces. Remove all the bolts holding the cover on and the blower will be right there.

    loud2ns Thanks this.

This is correct, there are 4 bolts that hold the cover on. The blower motor will come out with the cover, it's attached to it.
