2007 trucks in Cali

You can apply for a 3 day pass and be legal. There is also a 1000 mile exemption you can apply for. I do not think they turn anybody down. You only get one exemption per year. If you go for the 1000 mile deal and do it on line at the end of the application they issue you a permit you can download.

 

The 1000 mile rule is for instate trucks. Cross country haulers are allowed 5000 miles.

You're fine my buddy has a Mc and runs solely in CA with a 2004 tractor, no filter either. He said he's seen a CARB enforcement person once in the 4 yrs he's been running the truck
