Would you do it?
Ballpark mileage is 350,000 to 400,000 miles. Lot's of them for sale out there and decent prices. My question is, is it because they do a fleet replacement pretty often, or is there problems with these particular model KW's?
Just dipping my toe into the pool of purchasing replacement trucks.
Feedback ALWAYS appreciated!

they do replace the fleets but it is with a good reason, any truck you get at that milage you're going to get hit with all the usuall problems. That's y they replace them, that way they don't get him with the repair bills. I have seen this a bunch of times you'll be in for another 25k by 600,000 and if done properly won't have as much issues till 800,000
Cottonmouth85 and Aggravated Owner Thank this. -
I bought a Melton t600 6 years ago.
#### near perfect truck. Zero trouble from it. I put a 86" studio sleeper on it, painted it black and kicked up the motor. Runs and runs and runs......
Tracked every tank of fuel last 3 years for mileage.....7.2 mpg pulling a step deck flat out.
best part is I could sell her today for at least what I gave.
Maybe it was a fluke but that Milton KW is a money maker.Aggravated Owner Thanks this. -
If they sell an extended warranty get it. Just inframed my T660 at 560,000. Warranty covered most. But with fleet maintenance and fleet drivers expect trouble of some sort.

Thinking about buying one myself (same 2012, for sale at a lot in Seattle). Enjoyed it, but I had to keep the diff lock on the entire test drive to keep from spinning out.
I know super singles offer marginally less traction, but not on dry pavement like that. Do any of you think it would be ATC or suspension-related?
