Just hopped into a Condo, mine weighs 34,900 with completely full tanks (Twin 120's) and DEF tank full. My fat 220 pound behind and a moderate amount of junk inside. Regular Dual tires

2014 Utility Reefer with Carrier Unit, 50 gal tank full, also regular dual tires

DD15 Detroit with DT 12 Auto Trans.

Truck is not very heavily optioned, has inverter, fridge, thats about it.

It takes some getting used to, To be honest I prefer a regular 13 speed and being in control myself.

One advantage of the Auto is not working the clutch every few hundred feet in city traffic or backed up highway traffic. I will get used to it though, overall I like it.

I will say it is much better than other Automatics i have driven in the past, especially ZF brand.

My 2013 Columbia glider with a Detroit 60, 70" midroof sleeper, 18 speed, full tanks, extra 10 gallons of oil in side box, portable generator in frame mounted side box, all of my other junk, and my dead butt, and a Stoughton 53' x 102" trailer just tips the scale at 32,380. But then, you are pulling a reefer. That does make a difference.

My Volvo VNL62T670 (iShift) with 200 gallons of fuel and 17 gallons of DEF hooked to a 48' Utility (composite) dry van is 29,700 lbs ;-)

Yes, I love the iShift and the Volvo D13 425 HP motor.

Never drove an Ishift, I drove a 2000 or so Volvo Automatic for a week once, but that had a clutch to start and stop. Other than that I have only driven ZF Autos.

Keyword glider with 60 series, I am guessing it is pre emission? That saves a lot of weight.
