I was looking through Hanks Truck Pics and came upon this Kenworth with 3 drive axles. Has anyone ever seen this setup before?

Yes. Very common up here in Canada and for heavy-haul, oilfield, logging, etc., applications.

Looks like a drop axle or could be a tag just there to haul more with big sleeper

Sweet looking rig but that's way to #### much. I bet trying to drive that thing around Chicago is a nightmare. I bet it passes up everything but a fuel stop!

The truck doesnt look like that....Someone photoshopped a third axle on there, as well as the stacks behind the sleeper. Truck is know as the "Firbird" and now owned by Steve Ford # LargeCarMag.
