367 wipers won't shut off

    If you are able to adjust speed and intermittent settings work, then problem is probably in the Wiper motor or transmission and not the switch. If you just need them off until you get to a shop, just pull the fuse. Im no expert, just a mechanically inclined driver.

    I had an issue like that in a truck before. Wipers and washer motor were stuck on. Turned out to be a shorted wiper switch on the signal stat. Get a wiring schematic or wire color code info and test to see if the switch is sending power to the wiper motor when the switch is in the off position.
