I have a freightliner with a big cam 400 cummins deisel engine in it. It keeps overheating with a load. What could be the cause?

Try cleaning the hoses from the manifold or boost gauge and were it comes thru the fire wall will sometime get clogged. Also if it also has an adapter connector on block against fire wall may be clogged can give you a false reading
