At speed above 40 bob tail the turbo kicks out at medium to full throttle. The truck is governed at 62 mph, so its hard to see if I can keep the turbo pulling with light throttle, before waste gate???? kicks out. It was real bad when I started driving(turbo would fluff at speed), but improved as I drove 250 miles to New Jersey. The air pressure on the bottom gauge was 140+ psi and after two hours it started kicking out at 138psi. The truck has been sitting for 11 months. Also, you can feel blow by at the exhaust pipe/turbo exit interface at idle. Could it be just as simple as some gaskets??? (probably dreaming on that)

Any fair price and good mechanics in North Jersey? I wouldn't mind going to PA.

Ok, I looked at it again the pipe on the exhaust side of the turbo is lose the "lip" is off. So the clamp is ineffective. Sigh of relief. It might be a cheap fix.
