You gotta have the mindset Miss Daisy is in paasenger seat. I drive 62 63 mph avg 8 mpg . I take my time . I dont work for AA but cutting fuel cost that is 53% of your business expense is a no brainer. I avg 1.10 sometimes 1.30 take home on odometer miles. So slowdown my friend it pays

Here is my current fuel mpg average and cost per mile with the company discounted fuel card.

 

Discount fuel would be awesome im paying pump prices. Still making good money but discounts on fuel sweet.

 

I have my own fuel card but haven't used it since I came back.. AA card consistently beats my nastc card by ten cents a gallon.

 

A friend of mine uses the nast card too. He found out that kllm was keeping the additional amount he was paying using their card.

 

Been grossing between 5-6k a week for the last month. That nets between 4-4500. After 8 weeks out, I told them to send me home.
Best decision I made was getting my own truck and coming back.

 

Just bought a Glider today. Tired of the EGR systems MPG were great . but was putting the savings back in Maint. Downtime was ridiculous for minor issues. Lifting up the hood and i can actually see all the componets and there easily accessible. What a relief.
