Yeah you can roll with them if you don't mind being broke all the time. My best settlement from them was just a little over $1,000 and that only happened twice in a 12 week period. Oh, I should probably mention that I never went home. Sadly, the lies started coming out of the woodwork after the 4th week but they were actually evident after orientation. I will admit I had my blinders on. I honestly should have ran when JCT called my phone while I was signing the paperwork on my truck. I will honestly say that RTI did teach me how to become a smarter lease purchase operator at JCT. And I will also say that my time at JCT help me become a successful owner operator today. Now don't get me wrong, your experience at RTI may be different than the one I had.
As we all know no company is perfect, but there are better companies out there than RTI.

    Dirtymoney216 Thanks this.

So tired of this advice. Research the lease. Run the numbers. Talk to drivers. Be realistic about your goals. Work harder than the next guy.

Lots of us have been successful with leases.
