I'm curious where we all stand.

Not sign.

How about a sign and see what happens?
TennMan Thanks this. -
Sign and see what happens is the same as sign and do business as usual until something changes business as usual. -
If I do sign I will adjust my planning and try to keep dh <100mi.
Still undecided but since the ? is if it had to be signed today that would be my answer.TennMan Thanks this. -
I signed. But then again the change came as I was coming onboard and I figured take a wait and see approach since I only signed a one year lease.
Ask me again in a couple months.TennMan Thanks this. -
No way, I would not sign that new contract. Would hurt me bad with how often I went home. Not that it matters because I won't be coming back to SNI anyway, not after seeing how they've handled this contract and the way the safety gestapo is on patrol 24/7 now.
Fajo, Dogals right foot, Drifter42 and 4 others Thank this. -
Definitely not sign.

Well, seeing how I just got approved to join I would say sign & see what happens. I think this contract will effect some more than others. I don't want the headaches associated with my own authority at this time. Maybe in the future but for now I will partner with Schneider & see what happens. I don't like some things in that contract but I bet I couldn't find a contract anywhere that I liked 100%.

Every lease I ever signed had stuff I didn't like. Depends on what you feel you can work with. Things never stay the same for ever. I never thought Pirkle would go belly up, or start putting company trucks on the road, but they did both.
