Sorry to thread jack but what if you have constant power even with the key off is that normal?

you should not have constant power on blue (middle)wire on 7 way plug.it has to be key on power.

It is my understanding that certain years of Freightliners do in fact have constant power at the ABS wire.

2005 model year, as mine is, does.

My 2005 Columbia Automatic has the ABS light on and off (blinking) while I drive it.
I noticed that the drums and brakes of the drives (second axel) had deep grubs (Chinese products) so I replaced with new brakes and drums. Now, the ABS light doesn't lit up at the beginning when I turn the ignition on.
does anyone can tell me where the ABS fuse is located?
or any suggestions to fix this problem?
    Thank you for your time.
