AC Blowing but not cold 2009 387 isx cummins.

    I have been out of work due to back injury so i have
    been going to truck every other day and starting truck
    and turning everything on, Today when i turned ac on
    the blower is working fine I have green lights on all AC
    buttons but no cold air. I just had AC serviced and expansion
    vale replaced . I live in Houston Tx. in a neighborhood
    behind the flying J off the 45 north freeway and temps have been
    very hot here .
    Thank you for any ideals.
