Is the orfice tube located in the inlet line at the evap.core or is it fixed in the line? 2004 379 model

I know my 88 had an expansion tube, but my 96 had orfice tube @ the inlet of the evapaorator

yeh, I figured it about had to be cause I didn't find any dimples that would have indicated it was fixed in the line. maybe not peterbilt but some do use a fixed orfice in the line. thanks!
