air dryer purge valve continuously blowing loud

I have a 2005 Freightliner M2106 with the MBE900. The air dryer purge valve blows really loud (sounds like a 6HP Briggs and Stratton revving loud). It purges for 60 seconds and then quits until the pressure builds back up and purges again.. I have replaced the air dryer, purge valve, governor, and air supply line from the unloader. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Usually sticking unloaders cause this. Not familiar with those engines though. What do they run for compressors?
