The problem these days is recruiters tell you whatever you want to hear to get you in the door. It usually doesn't take long to find out what a company is all about once you're there. Then it's too late.

*Your current company is downsizing or has just been bought out buy a less-than-desirable larger companyI can come up with more logical, and some illogical, reasons if you need them.
*Your wife wants to move across the country to be closer to her dying grandmother and that move puts you outside of your company's travel/hiring area.
*You have driven for your present company so long you know where all of their usual customers are, resulting in you getting bored and complacent, thus needing/wanting a new and challenging job.
