Anyone else get a class action form about DAC/HireRight lawsuit?

Got a postcard with a check printed on it drawn on "US Bank".
Never saw a check like that. It was for $158, but we almost
went to court. I lost a good job because of them, costing me
almost a years time, and I had to accept a lesser job.
So I figure at least, they cost me $50,000.
$158 divided by $50,000 is 3 tenths of a cent on the dollar.

DAC has probably caused more hardship to drivers than the DOT.
I hope they go bankrupt.

 

They sent me 65.18 also. I had no idea what it was about until I started looking up information on the topic. They sent it to my old address from a few years ago....odd Good thing I know the people there. I guess my question is how do I find out exactly what was done against me? I've had numerous situations come up in that time frame.

 

I think you could have filed your own lawsuit. I wouldn't cash the check until I found out. You may be eligible for more money.

 

I got a check today for $11.85. I never had a problem with them so I don't know why they sent it to me.

 

the attorneys pick who has a case or not they made so much money its bull !!!!!

 

I got a $65.00 check. I cashed it. It was good. Hope they find some extra to spread around.

Those like you that filled out the form got up to $4000.

 

I have recieved the same paper,indicating I will recieve $64.00 and I have fourt five days to reply,blah,blah,blah.I think I will hold out for the bigger payday if the driver wins.

 

i am sweating bullets, becuse i think i should be getting the bigger check!! but i check the mail every day thinking a small check might be there
