    I agree and I am successful at my business I just had to change company's I was leased to. I am making twice as much now with better home time oh and no dispatchers or planners. It is a huge commitment to be a truck owner/business owner. With that said you must make the best business decisions, and leaving swift was mine they were good to me but I can't be punished for coming home by not getting any loads.
