Hey bud sorry to hear about your experience with averitt, as I'm currently driving for them and just transfer from truckload to local, I enjoy being local with averitt. I hope you find the right company.. Good luck

 

Sounds like this outfit has too much micro management
.... These kinds of companies almost always have their snitches and cheer leaders and plenty of control issues
.... Rest assured, Nothing that a good strong economy can't cure
.... On other hand a weak economy will make this situation much worse, that's a promise
Keep this in mind when you vote this November 8th

Well I meant that things didn't go well at averitt for him, sorry for not explaining myself better. I do hope he finds the right outfit for him.

 

From what I can gather trooper REALLY didn't like the uniform policy. I saw a couple averitts once (probably student/trainer) walk to a grocery whse gaurd shack from the bull pen. No lie because of the uniforms I thought they were coming in to hand out bibles or sell rainbow vacuums lol

 

Trooper, with all due respect, I would think the company's policies would have been outlined to you during an interview/orientation. You could have bolted for the door at that time.

Regarding company snitches, well...we all deal with that. I found the best defense with that is to perform my job to the best of my ability and ignore the tattletales.
