    thank u driver and i will chk out those sites you gave me..p. just stoped my meds..lol im not here to fight whith my fellow drivers im want to learn more and meet drivers and have a good laugh .i hope you stay intouch and keep me up on rules regs..thank you again joe

    No that's what it has become, got companies taking any load and leave a guy sitting unpaid for days until another one comes along. Or short trips that take your whole day loading and unloading.

    would a local or a regional like interstate offers be a better chioce im looken at midwest companys now. what do you recomend?

    I already told you find another line of work. This is no longer an industry that (with very few exceptions) a person can be comfortable and secure.

    Retired ,been around a lot longer than you think, I have seen what this industry has become. Your gig may be all glitter and unicorns but if it is it's far from the norm.
