    Maybe he's one of those drivers that park at the fuel island when it's raining and someone taught him a lesson.

    Hell it doesn't take it to start raining for some drivers to park at the fuel island and go in and eat.

    Only takes about 10 seconds to see what happened... Keep moving... Just like driving down the road and an accident is on the northbound side but yet the southbound side is crawling, because you get people like the guy filming that have nothing better to do...
