    Just talked to a recruiter from BW. A new driver fresh out of school will train for 1 year on a percentage base pay scale. U will drive coast to coast with a trainer. This sounds like total BS to me. They have 100 trucks late model and new trailers. Won't be a lot of home time.

    Have a close friend that drives for them..if your a new driver they make you team for.a year..they don't have many solo positions..they just got a 2cent a mile raise..he been driving over 10 years and makes 42cents a mile. He is not very happy with them...the trucks are governed at 59mph..says the owner is an ####### and they have recently lost several drivers..
