Best Shop to buy a remanufactured Detroit Series 60 12.7

Hey,

Let's say I just won the lottery but could only afford a remanufactured (NOT REBUILT) engine but didn't win enough to retire. I'd pick a per EGR Series 60 12.7 just like Fitzgerald does for its Glider kits. Fitzgerald doesn't sell just the engine so what shop or business is the best one to buy a remanufactured Series 60 12.7?

There are so many places to choose from and pricing is all over the map.
