I'm looking for a good vacuum truck company to work for around the Eagle Ford Shale area close to San Antonio.

It's a tough time in the patch right now. Yards for companies that were once bustling are now sitting idle or are completely gone. But here are the companies I remember from my time in the oil fields. I'll put Stevens Tanker first since that is where I worked.
Viking
EnAqua
BASIC energy
Steve Kent
Siboney
Dillon
Premier Tank
Supreme Vac
MoVac
FEE (based out Charlotte)
In my current job I make LTL deliveries through south texas. Nearly all of the SWD that used to be jam packed and full of trucks are now dead. I'd think long and hard before jumping into the patch right now. Not trying to be a dick and scare you off, but just being realistic.

I worked at MO VAC for two years. They've been in business since the 60s, I'm sure you could find work there. My friend is still with them and he's getting about 40 hours a week.
Just north of the MoVac yard which is in Kennedy, is Premier Vacuum service in Karnes City.
My friend said they're still paying $18 an hour, and they're very busy. -

Just saw an ad on Craigslist for siboney. $18 an hour. Located in karnes city. Need hazmat and tanker.
Saw the ad and thought of this thread. Won't post a link to ad because I don't know if that's allowed or not.
