    Freightliner had no idea what was going on with it, so I decided to just run it until it breaks. I've noticed that the black smoke is lessened by not using biodiesel.

    Turbo out and rebuild/calibrate the actuator if you had the turbo replace. .next step: Vpod and Air line from vpod to actuator...

    I shortened the turbo actuator rod by one complete turn and the stuttering at 1300 rpms went away, but it still blows black smoke just as it starts going up hills. Even small ones. I replaced to delta p sensor, but that had no effect. Tonight i dumped a bunch of diesel kleen in the tanks in hopes that it will clean the injectors. I'm not overly hopeful. Any other suggestions will be much appreciated.
