Blair Logistics Lease Purchase info needed

I am planning to sign on with Blair. I talked with Meagan and she seems upfront. I looked at their facebook page and drivers have actually completed the program. I need any info good or bad from lease purchase drivers.

 

Does Schneider have a flatbed division. I have driven for TMC and Jordan so flatbed is all I know and would like to stick with. I have a great work ethic. I learned real quick to keep that left door shut and strive to get the best fuel economy possible. I haven't had to find my own loads but I am willing to learn. I am open ears on any advice anyone might have. As a trucker there's always something new to learn.

 

Do you know if Mercer is any good. I could lease a truck from a company named Quality and run flatbed for them(Mercer). The recruiter told me they have their own loadboard.
