We bought our truck last year. The blower motor for the AC is weak, but according the the manufacture date in it is just about a year old. The blower was removed and the condenser was cleaned. the previous owner was running it without the cab filter. it blows on all speeds, just not strong. someone said the maybe the blades were installed back wards or the blower lost timing. How do we check these issues or look at something else? Thanks

does the blower seem like it is changing speed when you move it to different settings. that would be my first question second question is do u mean the evaporator was cleaned out. third is if you drop assembly there is a chance someone did not properly line up the ducts.

The fans are on either end of the blower motor. I can't recall ever doing one on a T700 (they were very few and far between), but it should be more the same as the T660, where there'll be directional arrows on the fan blades... remove the blower motor, apply power to the correct post, see if the direction of rotation corresponds to the arrows on the fans.
Kenworths are usually somewhat foolproof when it comes to resinstalling the blower motors, but that doesn't make it impossible to misalign it, as pointed out already.
Do your blend doors function properly? Is there blockagee in the ducts? If they were running it without a cab filter, that's a whole lotta #### that could get in there.
