    I always have a hard time finding trucks to move loads. My truck gets about 20 mpg, and fuel is about say 2.50 with discount, so fuel cost should be about 0.125 per mile, I always offer 0.75 per mile, they can make a fortune off that! And they always want like 2 bucks or sometimes even more??? What gives!?

    I don't know, but if a driver drives 60 mph a day for 10 hours a day for 5 days a week that is 3000 miles and at 0.75-.125 for fuel that leaves 0.625 per mile profit, at 3,000 miles a week that's $1875 a week or for a year 97,500!

    I think anyone should be able to live on that much.
