Buying a used truck and going from company driver to IC choice

The 2.64's are sloooow to accelerate and not great in the mountains but are perfect for flatland and if you're patient, you'll be fine, lol. Honestly coming from a castrated company truck, being able to do the speed limit going into the big hills helps a lot. Most company trucks are spec'd that way so it'll prob feel like the same if your coming from one.

 

Schneider says no warranty on truck but does freightliner cover something on motor?

 

Schneider Finance does not have the warranties the warranties come from Freightliner is factory warranty

 

any idea what that warranty cover on truck

 

Well when it's brand-new it covers everything bumper to bumper for three years three hundred fifty thousand miles... I've also got warranty on the drive line the transmission for 700000 miles pretty much I'll still have warranty on this truck long after I pay it off

 

but i meant was does freight liner cover anything on Schneider 2012 glider kits?????
if yes any idea

There is no warranty on the Schnieder Gliders

 

I just brought my truck on, and was an existing IC. I was told they are not allowing anymore gliders and trucks have to have an engine that is a 2010 or newer. This is a recent change I was told. Hope this helps.
