Not that many will care, but Cali, is actually 38' (if you are a single axle trailer).

Im pulling 53' stepdeck with spread axle.
Good thing Landstar driver pointed it out to me and Ive closed axles before going into CA.Dominick253 Thanks this. -
Does anyone know what the CA distance is for a three axle? Same-same?

Some cities also enforce the over all length. So if your OK on your bridge but over 65' (Tractor Semi trailer combo)bumper to bumper, you will get cited. $192.00 in Hollywood, I know first hand, I was 71' long. Santa Monica, Fullerton, Long Beach to name a few that I'm aware off also enforce the length law.
mp4694330 and rabbiporkchop Thank this.
